MISSION STATEMENT:

To serve as a leader, by listening and respecting others, to apply ethical principles to make a significant difference.  To encourage, engage and equip others to believe in the possibilities of the accomplishments by working together as a team for our community and its citizens.  To positively impact our city employees, to encourage interaction with each other and to help those in our community to live the lives they deserve.
