It gives me great pleasure to personally nominate and award Leroy Garcia as the Employee of the Month for September, 2006. Mr. Garcia is an excellent ambassador for the cultural richness of Espaņola , and I am very impressed with the way in which he works to move our community forward. Mr. Garcia's regional approach to economic development and community development issues are right on the money, and I believe that such a strategy will certainly yield benefits to our community for years to come.
