Mission Statement:We, the employees of the Española Housing Authority, through our collective efforts, strive to enhance and better serve this community with integrity, care, high ethical standards and competence and are committed to provide appropriate / affordable housing free from discrimination. The staff of the Española Housing Authority is proud of the accomplishments of our agency, but more importantly remain steadfast to meeting the challenges presented and empowering low and moderate-income residents toward self-sufficiency.
