DWI Prevention ProgramRio Arriba Counti DWI Prevention Program held it's 8th annual "Cruise Don't Booze" on Friday, September 15, 2006 at the Lowes Home Improvement parking lot across from Chili's from 7pm - 11pm. The first 40 participants between the ages of 16-19 were eligible to take a breathalyzer test before 9pm and eligible to receive a $10.00 gas certificate and a t-shirt. We served hot dogs, nachos, and drinks throughout the event. We also had mini demonstrations done by Law Enforcement, EMT's, Fire Departments as well as the National Guard. This was a fun and Alcohol Free family event for all ages!
