Contract signed with CDM for Surface Water Filtration Facility

The City of Espaņola approved a contract at the City Council Meeting on December 11, 2006, with Camp Dresser McKee Inc. (CDM) for engineering services for the Surface Water Filtration Facility. There will be a notice to proceed to the Engineers by January 1, 2007. All activities will be completed by June 30, 2007, with the Final Environmental Documents by November 30, 2007.
