Governor Richardson proclaimed the month of October as Literacy Month!

Mayor Joseph M. Maestas was invited as a guest reader by the Family Learning Center a Pre-School in Española . Mayor Maestas addressed the parents and explained the importance of reading to their children. He then read two books to the very attentive youth and reminded them to ask their parent to read to them.
