Friday, October 6, 2006 10:30 AM. On October 22, 2002 the Espanola Board of Education dedicated the Espanola Elementary School in honor of longtime educator James H. Rodriguez. Since that time the facility has proudly displayed his name in honor of his dedicated service to the district, our community and our students.
