The City of Española is having an official signing ceremony for the Smoke Free Ordinance that was passed and published. The ordinance will go into effect on January 1, 2007. Within the next 30-days there will be an educational campaign for all citizens and businesses. The educational campaign will be discussed at the next City Council Meeting on Monday, December 11, 2006, 6:00 p.m. Signing Ceremony: San Gabriel Mision
