Wastewater Collections Systems Department

We have two Vectors, Camera truck, and back hoe in our department. Our duties consists of the upkeep and maintenance of five lift stations within the city limits. We are responsible of the upkeep and maintenance of an estimated 310,00 feet (58 miles) of sewer main and laterals sizes 6 ” to 24 ” and a average of 90,000 feet of 4 ” sewer, services. The collection systems consists of sewer main installations, service taps and repairs on sewer main lines. The collection department now has the ability not only to clean and maintenance sewer line but now with our new purchase of our camera truck we have the ability to verify conditions on sewer mains, locate service stub outs, and to locate illegal hookups.
